Christian Ham was the best lawyer (criminal and DUI lawyer) I could have ever found. I regretfully made the stupid decision to drive after drinking in July and got a DUI. I was super lost on where to start to get it sorted out. My friend told me about Christian and I am so lucky she did!
I knew from the second I met Christian he was going to be my lawyer. He had an amazing attitude, and made you feel like you really mattered. When I had spoken with previous lawyers, they weren’t interested and made me feel like I was “just another DUI case.” Christian had a professional, yet extremely friendly demeanor and personality. I noticed he was very well respected by what I had read online, and even when I was in his office I saw multiple awards and acknowledgements for best lawyer, etc. He made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t as worried about the outcome once I decided he was the lawyer for me.
I loved that I could text OR call him with any question I had and that he was able to text me with any updates, whereas most lawyers communicate by only phone calls which makes things much more difficult. He was prompt and so reliable, and it gave me such peace of mind! He is located in San Diego, and my incident took place in San Marcos. He made the trip all the way to the Vista Courthouse to fight my case and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. He also gave me an amazing rate and considering how expensive DUI’s can be, and how young I am, that really helped me so much.
My case was a little different than most, and I cannot even begin to explain how surprised I was by the outcome. I was expecting the worst penalties but I feel like I barely got any. He was able to get me the “best case scenario,” and I, to this day, am happier than I ever thought I would be (under the circumstances).
There are so many great things to say about Christian, and I am incredibly thankful I had the opportunity to meet him and have him as my lawyer.
